Tom has been the Top Agent for Exit Realty on the Rock since 2007, winning the top sales award in 2007, 2008, and 2009. He has won several awards from Exit Realty International, including the Bronze (over 25 sales/annually) and two Silver Awards (over 50 sales/annually) He was a guest speaker at the Exit International Canadian National Sales Rally in 2010 in Halifax.

He pursues his client's interest with great dedication and insists on representing their needs to the best of his ability. Integrity is the top priority with Tom. When listing your home, he attempts to maximize its exposure in order to market it to as many purchasers as possible, using several forms of internet exposure. When searching for a home for a buyer, he stays on top of new listings and informs you instantly.

Before entering real estate, Tom was a teacher and school administrator. He was known for his interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and dedication.
He has always been a strong advocate of volunteering, spending a great deal of time dedicated to the youth he came in contact with. He has coached several city and provincial championship teams in basketball, soccer, and Olympic style wrestling. As a former athlete himself, Tom has competed in several sports and was a six time Provincial Wrestling Champion, a two time Atlantic Wrestling Champion, and a bronze medalist in wrestling at the 1972 Olympic trials.

Since joining Exit Realty, Tom has volunteered for a number of functions and committees, including fund raising for Daffodill Place, food drives for the Community Food bank, and the company's new iniative of fundraising for the Ronald Mcdonald House.

She has a strong technical background and keeps up to date with the latest information. Her ability to organize and stay on top of things, makes her an asset.
